Czech Glass Beads

Czech Beads have been made since the 13th century. Czech beads are offered in 1000's of shapes, colors and sizes. Most of the beads are made from a mold (pressed glass) which can turn out 2-20+ beads at a time. For many years the Czech beads were produced in small cottages throughout Northern Bohemia. Although there are still a few "cottage" bead makers, much of the production of Czech Beads have been transferred to large factories.
